Engineering Precision & Process Control

At Flextons Packaging, quality is engineered not inspected. We follow a comprehensive and documented Quality Assurance (QA) system that ensures every FIBC and woven packaging product meets international safety and performance standards. From material selection to load testing, every step is designed for precision, traceability, and trust.

Raw Material Inspection

Every batch of polypropylene and additive masterbatch undergoes verification before extrusion. Parameters such as melt flow index, colour, and moisture content are tested to ensure raw material consistency and optimal tape performance.

In-Process Quality Control

At each production stage extrusion, weaving, coating, printing, and stitching continuous in-line monitoring ensures dimensional accuracy and uniform strength. Random samples are checked for GSM, denier, weave density, and coating adhesion. Any deviation is flagged immediately and isolated for review.

Dimensional and Load Testing

Each bag design is validated through load-cycle and top-lift testing using a calibrated FIBC test rig designed per ISO 21898 and IS 14968 standards. These tests confirm that the bag retains shape, seam strength, and load capacity under real operating conditions.

UV / Weathering Tests

To ensure durability under outdoor exposure, UV resistance tests are performed using accelerated weathering chambers and controlled irradiance systems. This confirms that the stabilizers and pigments maintain fabric integrity even after prolonged sunlight exposure.

Visual & Seam Inspection

Before dispatch, every product is visually examined for printing clarity, fabric uniformity, seam quality, and label accuracy. Each batch is coded for traceability, allowing full visibility from raw material to final delivery.

Documentation, Traceability & Compliance

All QA data such as material codes, test results, inspection logs, and batch reports are digitally documented and stored for traceability. Each stage of production is linked through a systematic identification process that enables detailed tracking of material movement, quality checks, and dispatch status. QR and RFID options can also be integrated for enhanced tracking when required. Every bag leaving our facilities can be traced back to its production and testing records.

Certified to Deliver Confidence
All our products are manufactured in facilities that comply with globally recognized quality, safety, and compliance standards.
Commitment to Quality

At Flextons Packaging, we believe that true quality is built into the process not just verified at the end. Our systems, people, and technology work together to ensure that every FIBC you receive performs safely, consistently, and beyond expectations.
